Every year, I use standard wrapping paper - basically whatever large role of paper my mom purchases from Costco that carries us throughout three Christmas seasons. This year, while I stuck with our traditional wrapping paper for my family, I decided to get a little crafty with my boyfriend's gifts. I wrapped them up in brown paper so it would be a blank canvas for how I wanted to trim and decorate them. I decided on grabbing a handful of red and green paint swatches in different hues and using some leftover bakers twine. Voila!
