After sufficiently stuffing myself at Smorgasburg, Coney
Island was next on the agenda. It was a hop, skip, and a jump away on the
subway and was a great way to unwind – we purchased the four hour pass and rode
on all of the rides, both high thrills and easy going ones, and wandered around
the boardwalk. The weather was perfect and my favorite part was how you got to
see both boardwalk and ocean when on the rides that lifted you high into the
sky. We ate by the original Nathans and then headed off on the
long journey home.
