Monday night was a good night. Dying to know why? Because it was taco night. And nothing is better then coming home and seeing a taco bar spread waiting for me to gobble it down. Tuesday afternoon's lunch was taco salad, meaning all the leftover were thrown into a container, shaken around, and gobbled down at my desk at work. Arriba!
Posting this week has been slow. Work was super busy because all my Friday deadlines had to be met two days earlier/yesterday. They were. And that's why I rule.
