Yesterday on my usual walk home from the office to the subway, I saw a red carpet, a huge crowd of people, and a stage. Naturally I went to explore and found out that it was a Bloomingdale's sponsored
concert featuring the New York City children's choir and Josh Groban to celebrate the unveiling of their Christmas decorated windows. The children's choir was amazing with their Christmas caroling and Josh Groban was absolutely incredible as well. He played a song off of his new album, two old favorites, and The Christmas Song. I try to use November as a transition month to get from the Autumn/Halloween mindset into the chilly Christmas spirit so even though we're still a week and a half away from December, this was a great way to enter into the festive holiday mood.
