Every Sunday morning at 10:30 AM, my local gym offers a yoga class. I've never taken advantage, mostly because I'm lazy so today I decided to change that. This is my first yoga class in about a year and I was excited to get back into the habit. I used to go to the yoga classes offered at the gym near work ever Wednesday night and noticed myself getting stronger. And then I switched jobs and ultimately fell out of practice. The hardest part of exercising is always getting out of the door, so I'm hoping that by forcing myself to get into a routine these next few weeks, it will become second nature.
